North Cardiff Cosmos
While North Cardiff Cosmos Football Club was making real strides on the pitch, its digital presence and brand strategy hadn’t kept pace. The brief was to take what was already working: a community-created logo, a thriving club culture, and a strong sense of purpose, and give it a distinctive brand voice and a digital home to match. The new brand strategy and website needed to articulate what North Cardiff Cosmos FC truly is: a progressive, inclusive club with bold ambitions and a deep-rooted community spirit. In grassroots football, first impressions matter more than we think. A bold visual identity doesn’t just look good – it shapes how players, parents, and partners feel about the club. We designed a brand system that looked as ambitious as Cosmos actually is. Confident, dynamic and rooted in community pride.

While most clubs talk about coaching, Cosmos leads with values. So, we built a brand strategy that captured their purpose – from vision to voice – and wove that narrative through every part of the brand and website. Because when the mission goes beyond football, so should the message.
Structure & site-mapping
The site structure needed to make key information instantly accessible to every audience. Whether it’s fixture lists for parents, downloads for coaches, or safeguarding info for governing bodies, the right information is only a few clicks away. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Club, but good intentions only go so far without clear next steps. We crafted messaging, CTAs, and contact journeys that help NCCFC convert curiosity into commitment. Whether it’s coaching, sponsoring, refereeing, or simply cheering from the sidelines, the site makes it obvious how to get involved – and why it matters.
